Your personality belongs to you, your behaviour belongs to everyone.

Often when there are issues of efficiency, accountability or engagement in a team, we try to solve the symptom rather than the cause. This team recognised that, as a leadership team, they are the root system for their operation and they needed to look to themselves first. Hats off to them all for being open, honest and committed to working on themselves first in order to better serve their teams.

Hospitality leadership teams need to work together to get results and our opening session at the event for this leadership team was designed to start breaking down the fences we build between ourselves and our teams so that we can behave as one team.

This requires understanding, tolerance and respect and having some fun together whilst exploring how we prefer to work and communicate with one another is a simple, but effective starting point.
